Akira's right eyebrow shot up at the sound of Yuya's head hitting the table, and his lips quirked in a smile at the heartfelt groan that escaped the usually cheerful blond. It was midterm season for Samurai Gakkuen, and Yuya wasn't alone in her not so silent torment. Another thud sounded from the other side of the stack of books that formed a little alcove around their table as yet another student gave into the demand of their brain and bounced their head on the table in frustration.

"Problems, Yuya-san?" he asked, amusement coloring his words.

1. Meeting Back Up with Kyo

"As a member of this clan, the four of you can not disobey direct orders from our king." Masuna says, looking down at the four of us. "And as such, you will bring the traitor to me." He says.

"Yes." The four of us say.

"Go!" He says, making a gesture with his hand. The four of us disappear.

"So, what do you think Masuna meant by that?" One of the four say. I look at them with a sigh.

"I suggest, if you don't want to be in danger, you don't talk about that kind of stuff anymore." I say. The other three glare at me.

"Just because you're babied by him doesn't mean you have the right to talk down to us." One saysLife as a Samurai 1 by ~Hells-Angel-Kanashii

Gakuen Drama: 6. Coffee"Not honey…"

I look at him as I bring the mugs and coffee pot to the table. "Well, of course not," I reply, instinctively making a face (he can "hear" it if even he can't see it, I've discovered), "Honey in coffee would just be gross."

"Don't say that until you've tried it," Akira returns with a quick grin, "but that wasn't really what I was talking about."

"Oh?" I start pouring the coffee into his mug, and suddenly his hand is cradling my cheek and he is leaning across my small kitchen table, guiding me into a deep kiss.

(The coffee mug overflows before I remember to put the pot down)

"What was that for?" I demand the second he lets me Gakuen Drama: 6. Coffee by *sylvacoer

Gakuen Drama: 3. Book-keeping"... and 2000 more yen for two bento last Friday..."

"Ano, Yuya? Are you actually balancing your checkbook at a time like this?"

"No, of course not!"

"Good, because Akari will make life unpleasant for us if we don't..."

"I'm updating my I.O.U. records. You won't believe how much Kyo's been taking from my wallet when he thinks I don't keep track, or how often I've had to spot Tora for school supplies, that idiot keeps losing things left and right!"

"..."

"Speaking of which - I've got you down for a couple of lunches from a month ago... and then there's the emergency replacement flash card I helped you buy."

Submitting Fanworks & Others

SUBMITTING WORKS

What is allowed to be submitted to the club's gallery?
All forms of fan works of Samurai Deeper Kyo are allowed, may they be art, fanfic, cosplay, crafts and others.
However, if they are in photo format (meaning photos of cosplays, dolls as well as fanart), please make sure they are at least in decent quality or else they would not be submitted to the club's gallery.

Please note that sole images of fan-made characters (OCs) are absolutely not allowed. If there are SDK characters together with the OCs, then it is okay.

How about redraws or alterations of comic panels?
This is a little tricky as the club has received quite a number of such submissions in the past. Coloring and vectorizing of comic panels are okay, but straight out copying of any panels are usually not allowed. However, if I see enough effort put into it, I'll accept the submission.
Tracing is absolutely not allowed in any way.

Anime screenshots?
No.

May I submit fan works of some other series?
Nope. Every fan work submitted to the club must be SDK related, having SDK characters as the main focus, or having a major enough part in the work to qualify.

If I submit fan works of Samurai Deeper Kyo, may I insert characters from other series too?
Yes, it would be nice if the SDK characters were the main focus, though it's not compulsory.

Could the fan works contain mature (explicit) content?
For now, they are accepted. If there are many of such submissions, I may have to open a separate folder for them.

Oh, hi!

I have an SDK fanbook that Kamijyo published during the manga's hey day. (I picked it up years ago during a trip to Japan.) It has character profiles, early character designs, and a bonus manga, all of which I can't read. Is there anyone in this club that would translate if I provided scans? I'd love to share this with fellow fans!

One of the greatest mangas i`ve ever read and yet it is so under appreciated

Hopefully gonna get a whole set of drawings of each individual character up in the next few weeks

It is really under-appreciated. However, oddly, I do know many people who like the series, it's just that many of them also don't actively contribute to this particular series' fandom. I'm looking forward to them!
